The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for:
- The overall management and representation of the organisation;
- Developing the research priorities and strategy;
- Creating, as necessary, auxiliary bodies to accomplish the organisation’s objectives;
- and Recruiting and ensuring overall welfare of staff.
Directors are either executive or non-executive. Executive directors are those directors who may have day to day responsibilities and who may receive remuneration from the organisation.
