
The General Assembly
The General Assembly is IQsensato’s deliberating body. It is constitutes of the members of the IQsensato which is incorporated as an Association under the Swiss Civil Code. The General Assembly exercises a range of powers, and has a number of duties including, among others:
- Deciding on, and approving, the Organisation’s priorities and strategy;
- Fixing the amount of the annual membership dues;
- Electing the Board of Directors and the President;
- Electing the Auditors;
- Approving reports, annual financial statements and the budget;
- Giving quitus to the Board of Directors, and the Auditors; and
- Deciding on any matter that is not of the exclusive competence of another body.
