Lekshmi R. Nair, Institute for Financial Management and Research and the Centre for Advanced Financial Studies, India

Ms. Nair, an Indian national, is a Research Associate, Centre for Financial Studies (CAFS) at the Institute of Financial Management and Research (IFMR) in Chennai, India. She has previously worked as a teaching assistant for the postgraduate diploma course in business management at IFMR. Her areas of interest include international finance, macroeconomics, econometrics and applied Statistics. She has undertaken a number of research projects in these areas and has a significant publication record.

Ms. Nair, who is also working on her Ph.D in applied Economics at the Centre for Development Studies at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from the Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) from the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
